Do you need to follow interim Court Orders from Judge Ellis?

No.  My experience is that Judge Ellis will re-evaluate the facts on why you did not follow the order and will look for ways to not become entangled in the mess.   This is why the unethical attorney who will play the odds of being caught (versus benefit) can have an advantage.

In one case, Ms. Valerie Kraml (Napa Lawyer) negotiated an agreement which was signed off by the Court as an interim order.  The agreement covered some contingencies verbally but the written order was brief.   Subsequently, Ms. Kraml decided the Court order was directed to my children and not my ex (reading the fucking order explicitly–that she just negotiated and conveniently brought up the verbal addons were not in writing and no longer applicable).  I guess she didn’t fucking know if she is a Judge or a lawyer bound to ethics and good faith efforts–but she did know how to cheat to win.  She did not inform the court or me of her new interpretation.  But she did inform my ex the order was not applicable to her—she (Kraml) later claimed attorney-client to hide her scheming.   Well it worked (because it caused a long delay which was very advantageous to their next step–moving to Truckee under the cover of telling the Court they were on vacation.  Judge Ellis after being informed just moved on to the current issues.

But in doing so, Judge Ellis showed the true rules of the Solano Courts– fucking win by any means.  I didn’t know this ahead of time.  Now I know.

Yes, I did have a lawyer, who said Judge Ellis doesn’t want to get into this and Ms. Kraml had an argument, because the order was for the children to attend counseling.  (My lawyer said he did not recall any of the verbal conversation–most likely because he thought I didn’t have enough money to fund another fight, and he just got ass wooped by a crafty lawyer.  So this points to a catch 22–the Court does not want to write a multi-volume order covering every contingency, so the unethical lawyer can always find shallow arguments to avoid the Court order.  If you are a guy, most likely the Court will not allow this game playing, but it seems to work for women.

This attorney is quite sneaky and seems to be a genuine feminist who probably sees her crafty approaches as justifying the means.

Well all this is my opinion.  Just be careful about Ms. Kraml and get every fucking word in writing because she does play dirty.  (No matter what your lawyer says about ethics etc because no one care about ethics.)

I imagine that you will agree the Superior Court of Solano County is joke justice system after you get some experience.
