This is an open rant to Father’s who have affected by the terrible way the Superior Court of Solano County is operated.  Many of you know its a circus and the only tangible service the Court provides is a means for lawyers to make money on meaningless exercises in gaming the system and the expense of our children and families–and destruction of communities.   The Family Court in desperate need of reform and the Court and the lawyers have put themselves in charge and these are the people least able to chart a new course.   It must be the will of the people and it must be taking the Courts and lawyers out of Family Court.

A tangent….did you know that most of you say in Court is ignored as “he said, she said” rhetoric.  The Courts have created an unwritten rule.  So why do you file pleadings or sign declarations?   This only benefits the lawyers.   The mediators of the Court also use this rule.   I didn’t see this rule–did you?   In essence, the Courts have created a system that encourages lying and false allegations with no consequences.   There is no Justice in the Solano County Court, rather it is a patchwork of subjective and arbitrary decisions to move your case along.   The fact is, there is no Justice in the Court unless you have the money to take your case to a higher Court.   The Judge’s ruling are just as reliable as the “he said, she said” excuses they use.  I believe the Superior Court  of Solano County has failed the people–do you?

I know some father’s have challenged the Court to varying minor degrees of success, but mostly failure.   I see some specific items that the Court should be taken to task on but require proving a universal pattern (as a result of internal and undocumented policy decisions) and I also see that the District Attorney’s Office should be challenged on their witch hunt of knowingly prosecuting SOME innocent men for domestic violence out of their undocumented internal policy.   As a group we have the collective knowledge and experiences to show the pattern of abuse and failure to uphold the law.   As part of this we can also show how the Court has used a biased mediator system to make absurd decisions and how the Court created this system that can only be called a Joke.  (Mediator interviews you for 30 minutes and determines what you love, hate, and your nature and beliefs–in 30 minutes?  This is a joke and this is the Court’s created system of Justice which allows them to create bias in the Court with laughable rationale.)

I have a dream — perhaps a fantasy.   I have been preparing requests for grants or donations from big money individuals or groups for the sole purpose of dissecting this Court historically and in present to stop the craziness–and hopefully force some reform.   I dream of court monitors for your case to cleanup those court transcripts that always seem  to be missing the Judge’s errant words and to document the processes that introduce bias.  I dream of sueing the DA’s office for completely ignoring false allegations of domestic violence and the unconstitutional prosecution of innocent men (where they forced you to plead guilty and go to seminar or face years in Jail for a felony).  The DA forgot to tell you that went after men as a policy and once you plead guilty your life is ruined as you are marked and entered into DOJ database.  In this respect, out of politics (desire for assistant DAs to inflate their wins and desire for DA’s office to have a near 100% prosecution rate–Pure Politics)  the Solano District Attorney’s Office for years committed a crime and abused their power against a set of men that were innocent but falsely accused.  (Refer to the recent Judge Bowers case as an example of how the DA applies its power–Is Judge Bower’s still on the Bench–I guess he got an exemption from the prosecute all men rule.  This case needs to be examined in detail against standing policy applied to the rest of us on the bottom of legal caste system.)

I don’t know where this will all go and it may be something done after me, but I am trying.  I do not want your real name.  I just want an anonymous email where you can be contacted and some basic facts about whether you were screwed by the Solano District Attorney’s Office to plead guilty to something you did not do, whether you were a victim of the Court’s biased mediator system, or whether you had Judge that issued an absurd finding in light of facts (and used the biased mediator’s report.)

The Court is really sneaky in not defining their rationale for any decision.  For this reason a broad database of information to show pattern is the only approach.  If you look at the Court in operation, you can see they have been operating in a way to protect themselves from challenges…whatever happened to transparency and accountability?

I think the Court is looking for attention…law suits, protests to shutdown operations (Fathers 4 Justice are you there?)…
